Descriptions:

Rockwool Board is a new type of thermal insulation building material made from natural rock like basalt or dolomite. Through high temperature melting and centrifugal blowing, the rock is turned into fiber. After adding a small amount of adhesive and additives, it is processed into boards. Rockwool Board is an environmentally friendly material. It doesn’t contain any toxic substances and does not release any toxic fumes at any conditions. The board is a thermal insulation material. It has high temperature resistance and can keep the system structure stable when fire occurs. Rockwool Board can resist many chemical substances. It does not cause corrosion to metal materials and components in buildings. The board can maintain long-term stability and has excellent air permeability. Rockwool Board has efficient sound absorption and noise reduction. It can be faced with aluminum foil, glass tissue or glass fibre cloth. The operation temperature of the product can reach up to 650℃.

Applications:

Rockwool Board is easy to cut and process. It can be easily adhered to the internal and external wall of the building to keep the house warm in winter and cool in summer as well as prevent fire occurring. It has sound absorption ability to make the house quiet and let people live in comfortable environment. It also can be made into partition walls and curtain walls. Rockwool Board has waterproofing property and can prevent the external wall of the building from leakage. It can be adhered to the roof of the house to keep away from leakage. The board also can be widely used in petrochemical, electrical power, metallurgical, transportation and other fields.
