Ceramic Fiber Rope is a kind of high temperature industrial textile woven from ceramic fibre yarn. It possesses the superior properties of high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, heat insulation, sealing insulation and sound insulation. It can resist most acid and alkali, aluminum zinc and other chemical substances. Ceramic Fiber Rope is reinforced with stainless steel wire or glass fiber. The stainless steel wire reinforced rope can reach continuous working temperature of 1000℃ and its short time use temperature can reach up to 1260℃. The glass fibre reinforced rope resists temperature of 600℃.
Applications:
Ceramic Fiber Rope is widely used in industries as high temperature insulation material for all kinds of kilns, burners, furnaces, high temperature pipes, cables, tanks, etc. It can be used as sealing material for furnace doors, valves, flanges, fireproof doors and fire shutters and also can be used as wrapping and covering materials for engines, equipments, fireproof cables. The product can be used as high temperature expansion joint fillers, gasket material, flue lining as well as sound insulation materials. It is a good replacement of asbestos.
