Description:

Ceramic fiber module is a type of refractory lining material for high temperature furnaces and other heat insulation equipments. The module is made from ceramic fiber spun blankets which have thicker and longer fibers than the ceramic fiber blown blanket. During the process of making modules, the spun blankets are folded, compress and bundled without breaking and tearing because the fibers of the ceramic fiber spun blankets are very strong and tight. Inside the module, there is an anchoring which can be firmly fixed on the nail of the furnace shell. After installation of the modules, the belts will be cut and the modules will squeeze each other without gaps between them because the blankets have good resilience. The quality of the module is very good.
