Ceramic fiber blanket is a refractory product which can withstand continuous working temperature of 1000-1350℃. It has very good thermal stability when it is used at high temperature, because it does not contain any organic binders. If a high temperature product contains organic binders, it will appear smoke or the phenomenon of burning at the temperature of 400℃ for the first time, because the organic fiber can only resist 400℃. Ceramic fiber blanket does not contain organic binders, so it will not appear smoke or burn at high temperature. Through double sides needled, it becomes ceramic fiber needled blanket of high strength.

It can be used as sealing materials for furnace doors, valves, flanges, fire doors and fire roller curtain materials, high temperature furnace door sensitive curtain. It also can be used for motor and instrument insulation, fireproof cable covering material, high temperature fireproof material. Ceramic fiber blanket also has heat and cold insulation property, so it can be used as wrapping material for wrapping around pipelines to protect the pipes. Ceramic fiber blanket can be used as heat insulation covering material, high temperature expansion joint filler, flue lining. It also can be made into high temperature filtration, sound absorption material and other alternative asbestos applications.
