Fiberglass products are made from glass fiber yarn. The main uses of fiberglass products are as follows:

Fiberglass woven roving and fiberglass mat are important materials for making fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). Fiberglass woven roving and mat can be combined with chemical resins to make FRP which is a lightweight, high strength material and can be widely used in marine, aviation, transportation, building industry, petrochemical and other fields. FRP material can make boats, airplane parts, swimming pools, motor vehicle parts, trucks, petrochemical equipments, etc.

Fiberglass cloth is woven from high quality glass fiber yarn. It has low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation property and can withstand high temperature from 350 ℃ to 550 ℃. It is an excellent thermal insulation material which can be made into welding blanket, fireproof clothing, fireproof curtain, fireproof sleeves, etc. Fiberglass cloth is also a hot and cold insulation fabric which can withstand cold temperature of -70 ℃. 

Fiberglass E-glass cloth is an excellent electrical and electronical insulation material. It is a poor conductor of electricity, so it can make various kinds of electrical and electronic insulation materials and is a main material for making printed circuit board (PCB). Fiberglass E-glass cloth is soft and can be used as wrapping and covering material for electric motors, cables, electrical appliances and other electric equipments.

Fiberglass mesh is a good insulation building material which can be used as strengthen material for walls and roofs, marbles and granite. It is commonly used as a reinforcement material for concrete, gypsum, and other building materials. It is also used as a structural material for buildings, bridges, floors, etc.

Fiberglass is a non-metallic material, so it does not rust and corrode. It is an excellent anti-corrosion material which can be widely used in the petrochemical industry. Due to its corrosion resistant property, it is commonly used to make storage tanks, chemical reactors, petrochemical pipes and other chemical equipments. Fiberglass tape is very soft and can be used as wrapping material to wrap chemical pipelines.

Fiberglass is an excellent sound insulation material. It is a good sound absorption and noise reduction material which can absorb and reduce the propagation of sound waves and be made into acoustic insulation material. It is widely used in acoustic insulation applications, such as noise isolation and sound absorption in buildings, automobiles and audio equipments.

Fiberglass cloth can be coated with many kinds of chemical compounds to make into coated fiberglass cloth, such as silicone rubber coated fiberglass cloth, PU coated fiberglass cloth, PVC coated fiberglass cloth, aluminum foil coated fiberglass cloth and PTFE coated fiberglass cloth. The coated fiberglass cloth is dust free and has better abrasive resistance and higher tensile strength than the uncoated fiberglass cloth. They can make into removable insulation jacket, fabric expansion joint, fire blanket, etc.
