Its shrinkage rate is less than 3%, so the ceramic fibre blanket lining will not cause the furnace to deform at high temperatures. It can protect the furnace and extend its service life.

By folding and compressing, ceramic fiber blanket can be made into ceramic fiber module which is the important refractory lining material for industrial furnaces, kilns and other high temperature equipments. Compared with the traditional fire bricks and castables, ceramic fiber module is a soft, lightweight and porous product which can achieve energy saving effect and also has many other advantages. 

Ceramic fiber blanket is easy to install. Workers can install ceramic fiber lining material after a short period of training. The fiber linings can be installed quicker than the traditional fire brick or castable. The lining materials don’t need bake after installation, so it can save installation time and promote work efficiency.
